• Is the A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adapter compatible to Linux and Mac? Does it applicable on any other operating system, too?

Answer:

A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adaptor is applicable with all TCP/IP operating systems with Ethernet port. Drivers are not required for this adapter. But the supplied Configuration Utility software to assign the network password operates only with Windows operating systems.

There is no problem to use the Configuration Utility to configure a A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adaptor on a Windows computer and then, to use it on a TCP/IP operating system with Ethernet port like Mac or Linux.

Question:

• Is A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adapter compatible to other LAN products?

Answer:
You can combine A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adaptor with all other LAN products or with all devices which are conform to the IEEE 802.3 standard.

Question:

• Does A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adapter interfere other domestic appliances?

Answer:
No, it will not. A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adaptor is certified according to all essential standards.

Question:

• Do other domestic appliances interfere A001E WodaPlug Ethernet Adaptor

All devices that are sold within the EU/Singapore/Malaysia/US countries have their respective certification. For example, EU countries have to be labeled with the CE emblem. This guarantees that the devices don’t interfere each other.

253 connections are theoretically possible. But in practice, no more than ten devices should transfer data at the same time.
